A deposit of 50% is required to secure your hunt date. The balance is payable at the completion of your hunt.
If you cancel more than than 1 year in advance of your hunt 100% of your deposit will be credited towards a future hunt of the same or greater value. If you cancel within 180 days of your hunt then 50% of the deposit is refundable. Cancelling within 90 days of commencement results in a total loss of your deposit. We highly recommend all our clients take out suitable insurance in case of cancellation.
Cash is preferred for gratuities as New Zealand banks no longer accept cheques. Gratuities accepted.
